Shine Facility Services is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated, professional Commercial Account Executive to help us continue expanding throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is NOT a cold-calling or account management role.
Our inside sales team generates qualified appointments for you. Your role is to meet prospective clients onsite, conduct walkthroughs, identify service needs, prepare proposals using our internal systems, and close new recurring commercial accounts as well as one-time services.

What You’ll Do
● Attend qualified appointments scheduled by our inside sales team
● Conduct walkthroughs of commercial properties and facilities
● Assess cleaning and facility service needs
● Gather measurements, site details, access information, and operational requirements
● Prepare scopes of work and proposals using company templates
● Present proposals professionally and follow up to close business
● Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers
● Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Monday.com CRM
● Collaborate closely with ownership and operations teams
● Help identify opportunities for upselling and long-term account growth

Compensation
Base Salary
$75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
Commission
Uncapped commission structure tied to closed recurring revenue and projects
Expected Earnings
$120,000 – $175,000+ realistic for strong performers

Qualifications
● 2+ years of sales, account management or service-industry experience preferred
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Comfortable working independently in the field
● Strong organizational and follow-up skills
● Experience using CRM systems
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Ability to travel locally throughout the Bay Area
