This hands-on position is responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting aircraft airframe and structures systems, composite, and components. Inquire today. #Responsibilities of this position include: * Support structural repair and modification projects * Interpret and read aircraft blueprints/modification drawings * Accept ownership of assigned structural projects * Follow all policies and procedures including the Quality Control Manual for Elliott Aviation. * Ensure safety and security of customer equipment, parts, and aircraft during all structural repair and modification phases * Record and maintain accurate and timely aircraft and project documentation * Maintain safe and clean work environment * Support, maintain, and comply with all Federal, OSHA, State and local regulations, and Elliott Aviation's Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes * Performs other duties as assigned. #Top candidates will possess: * Willingness to work on a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor. * Willingness to learn by taking guidance from others * Ability to communicate well in straightforward situations * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment * Must possess excellent mechanical aptitude and a desire to work #Other Requirements Include: * Airframe & Powerplant Certificate preferred * Ability to attain & retain AOA badge or Airport requirements * High school graduate or equivalency degree required * Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, 145 * Aircraft maintenance experience preferred
