• Maintain detailed records during night audits, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Support hotel operations by coordinating reservations, managing room assignments, and updating guest information in the system.
