Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse position available in Bradenton, Florida. This role involves providing scrubbing and circulating duties for operative procedures within the surgical department. The nurse will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assembling and ensuring functionality of equipment and supplies, and serving as a communication liaison to patients, families, and the surgical team. The position calls for adherence to standards and aseptic techniques, with a focus on intraoperative patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 15:00, with at least 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of operating room experience, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. Certification (CNOR) preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidate must reside at least 100 miles away from the assignment location. The assignment includes seven call shifts over a six-week period, with three weekend shifts and four weekday shifts. Prior experience in the operating room setting is essential for success in this role.
