Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative with B2B sales and prospecting experience to join their growing team. You will play a key role in identifying healthcare organizations, initiating meaningful conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating opportunities for their Account Executives. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and help healthcare organizations build stronger, more defensible compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect across email, phone, and social channels to identify and engage healthcare organizations that align with their ideal customer profile.
• Research, qualify, and prioritize leads based on business needs, fit, and potential opportunity.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects while meeting or exceeding activity and meeting-generation targets.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations with Account Executives and ensure each handoff is properly qualified and documented.
• Maintain accurate prospecting and pipeline activity in HubSpot, ensuring records reflect current outreach and engagement.
• Stay informed on healthcare compliance trends, HIPAA requirements, and the regulatory environment to make outreach relevant and credible.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share prospect feedback, and improve lead-generation strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed activity, outreach, or meeting-generation targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
• Strong prospecting and qualification skills, with the ability to identify genuine business needs rather than simply generate activity.
• Results-oriented mindset with the discipline to manage high-volume outreach and work toward measurable goals.
• Adaptable and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn, share feedback, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, HIPAA, or B2B healthcare sales.
• Experience handling objections and conducting value-based prospect conversations.
• Experience with lead-generation and sales intelligence platforms such as Apollo.io or ZoomInfo.
• Previous experience selling SaaS, technology, compliance, or other business solutions.
