Growing law firm seeking Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will lead the pursuit of justice for clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence or wrongful acts. Your expertise will drive case strategy, negotiate settlements, and advocate fiercely in court to secure favorable outcomes. Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, from initial client consultation through trial and resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with procedural law requirements.
• Prepare and file legal motions, pleadings, and discovery documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial proceedings with compelling legal advocacy.
• Draft detailed legal documents including contracts, settlement agreements, and case summaries that clearly articulate client interests.
• Coordinate with experts, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to build strong cases.
• Maintain meticulous case management records using legal case management software to ensure efficiency and compliance.

 

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law
• Proven experience in legal negotiation, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis for statutory legal research and case law analysis.
• Excellent writing skills for legal drafting, motion preparation, and client communication.
• Ability to handle complex litigation cases with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for client counseling and collaboration with team members.
• Prior experience working in a law office environment with strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously.

PAY REQUIREMENTS : Pay structure are determined based on skill level, location and years of experience and the ability to hit the ground running based on that experience.

Salary averages between $115,000 and $190,000 annually and is determined by the firm owner based on the criteria above. Pay will either be a set salary or salary with bonus percentage based on contingency fees from settlements
