Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of our projects by analyzing plans and specifications to provide accurate cost estimates for commercial landscaping projects. This position requires a strong understanding of landscape construction principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Visit project sites to assess existing conditions and verify specific requirements. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to gather information and clarify project details. Develop comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for commercial landscape construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Update and maintain a detailed database of costs, prices, and suppliers to enhance estimating accuracy. Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and contract documents to stakeholders. Track and analyze project performance to identify areas of improvement and ensure cost control measures. Assist in the negotiation and assessment of contracts and bids from suppliers and subcontractors. Qualifications Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Estimator or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of commercial landscape construction processes and materials. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in estimating software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management principles.
