Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Help servers clean and bus tables efficiently during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized server area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and manage multiple tables or bar stations through effective time management.
• Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales while ensuring guests’ preferences are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for change and billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods or private functions to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or safety.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
