Housing Stability Case Manager

HELP of Southern Nevada

HELP of Southern Nevada is seeking a New Beginnings Intensive Case Manager to provide direct intensive case management services for chronically unhoused adults. Under supervision, you will conduct intakes, assess needs, and develop individualized case plans to move clients into long-term housing. You will review plans monthly, track outcomes, and connect clients with wrap-around services and mainstream programs while maintaining accurate HMIS records and ensuring ethical standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr HELP of Southern Nevada
