Ads Demand Data Scientist: Growth & Measurement Lead
OpenAI
OpenAI is seeking a Data Scientist for Ads Demand to build measurement and insight foundations, diagnosing advertiser performance and shaping demand strategy across the OpenAI ads marketplace. You will partner with Ads Sales, Product, Marketing Science, and Sales teams to turn advertiser feedback into product priorities and measurable improvements.
The role emphasizes measuring demand health, defining benchmarks by objective and geography, and developing signals to surface growth opportunities
