We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy. This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) in the Birmingham, AL area.Day to Day Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR consultant to leaders across multiple corporate functions, including business development, regulatory/government affairs, and IT, helping identify and resolve organizational issues and propose data-informed solutionsManage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including leading thorough, objective workplace investigations (discrimination/harassment claims, policy violations) and authoring formal investigation summaries with findings and recommended corrective actionsProvide day-to-day performance management guidance — coaching, career development, disciplinary actions — and facilitate leadership conversations around team restructures and workforce planningFacilitate talent review and succession planning discussions, partnering with leadership to ensure plans translate into actionLeverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, support EEO/Affirmative Action initiatives, and build data-backed recommendations for business leadersMaintain working knowledge of the business unit's operations, competitive landscape, and culture to inform HR strategyStay current on employment law and HR best practices, updating internal programs and policies as neededPosition Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HRBP-level roleBachelor's degree required; SPHR/PHR certification strongly preferredDemonstrated experience conducting and documenting formal workplace investigations, with strong written communication skills (investigation summaries, policy analysis, corrective action documentation)Proven ability to build credibility and rapport with senior leaders (VP-level and above) — strong executive presence, professional maturity, and consulting mindsetComfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving HR environment with high adaptability and resilienceWorking knowledge of HR data/analytics tools to support decision-making and reportingAbility to travel up to 15–20% to support a multi-region teamIf your background, skills, and interest match the following; please apply online to ensure your credentials are reviewed by a skilled recruiter immediately.
