• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 3 years of experience listed; strong Neuro, Spine, and Total Joint experience required 2. Cases: Must be strong in Neuro, Spine and Ortho; experience with Neuro, Spine, Ortho and DaVinci required 3. Certifications: CST licensure (NBSTSA), BLS (AHA) required; all certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5X8 evenings 1500-2330; weekends included in schedule rotation; on-call required PRN 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles travel requirement; locals accepted at local rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission 12. Modules: 1-5 hours average, completed during orientation via e-learning; non-billable within 16 NBO hours 13.
