Real Chemistry is seeking a Coordinator, Events and Partnerships to help deliver thoughtful, well‑organized events and partnership programs that strengthen our brand, thought leadership, and business priorities. Reporting to the Associate Director, Events and Partnerships, this entry‑level role provides hands‑on coordination across live, virtual, and hybrid programs, sponsorships, and partner activations. The Coordinator will support the details that keep programs moving, including timelines, attendee and speaker logistics, vendor coordination, materials, tracking, and post‑event follow‑up. What You’ll Do Support Event Planning and Execution Support the planning and delivery of US‑based live, virtual, and hybrid events, including owned programs, sponsorships, receptions, panels, webinars, and conference activations. Coordinate event logistics such as schedules, workback plans, attendee lists, registration details, venue and vendor information, speaker materials, signage, shipping, and on‑site needs. Help prepare event briefs, run‑of‑show documents, checklists, contact sheets, and other materials that enable smooth execution. Provide on‑site or virtual event support as assigned, including registration, room readiness, speaker support, materials management, and real‑time troubleshooting. Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, escalating risks, changes, or missing information to the Associate Director. Coordinate Partnerships and Sponsorship Deliverables Support the execution of partnership and sponsorship commitments by tracking deliverables, deadlines, approvals, asset requirements, and fulfillment status. Coordinate routine communications and follow‑ups with event organizers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders under the direction of the Associate Director. Collect and organize contracts, invoices, vendor forms, creative specifications, speaker information, and other required documentation. Help ensure sponsorship assets and benefits are delivered accurately and consistently with Real Chemistry brand standards. Collaborate Across Marketing and the Business Work closely with Marketing and Communications, Marketing Operations, content and creative teams, Capability Area leaders, and other internal partners to coordinate event‑related inputs and deliverables. Schedule planning meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and action items, and follow up with owners to keep workstreams moving. Support the development and routing of event communications, invitations, promotional materials, speaker content, and internal updates. Respond to routine stakeholder questions and direct more complex requests or strategic decisions to the Associate Director. Maintain Tracking, Budgets, and Reporting Maintain accurate event calendars, project trackers, timelines, attendee lists, partner deliverable trackers, and shared files. Assist with budget administration by organizing estimates, purchase information, invoices, expense codes, and reconciliation materials for review. Compile attendance, engagement, lead generation, and other available performance data for post‑event recaps and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
