Trabajador General:

Constructores de revestimiento exterior (siding) y carpintería.

Áreas de trabajo:

Techado (Roofing)
Electricidad
Plomería
Instalación de paneles de yeso (Sheetrock)
Instalación de aislamiento y plástico

Pago:

El salario inicial es de aproximadamente $17.00 por hora.
El pago puede negociarse hasta aproximadamente $18.50 por hora, dependiendo de la experiencia y nivel de habilidad (DOE).

Turno y Horario:

Solo primer turno
Lunes a jueves: 7:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.
Viernes: 7:00 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.
- Puede extenderse hasta las 5:30 p.m. según las necesidades de producción.
Sábado: Obligatorio
- Generalmente de 7:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m.
- Puede extenderse hasta las 3:30 p.m. según las necesidades de producción.

Este es un entorno práctico de construcción y manufactura:

La empresa construye edificios móviles desde el inicio hasta su finalización.

Los trabajadores deben sentirse cómodos trabajando en un almacén, utilizando herramientas manuales y eléctricas, manipulando materiales de construcción y aislamiento, y trabajando jornadas prolongadas con horas extra obligatorias. Los candidatos más fuertes tendrán experiencia básica en construcción, experiencia con herramientas manuales y eléctricas, buena asistencia y la capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente sin control de clima.

Responsabilidades del Puesto / Ambiente de Trabajo:

Las estructuras llegan preensambladas, y los trabajadores deberán completar el resto de la construcción y ensamblaje, incluyendo:

Instalación de ruedas y ejes
Instalación de pisos
Instalación de revestimiento exterior (siding)
Instalación de aislamiento
Otros componentes necesarios para completar el edificio

Ambiente de Trabajo:

El trabajo se realiza en un almacén sin control de temperatura. Hay ventiladores disponibles en toda la instalación.

Los empleados trabajarán con materiales de aislamiento y pueden usar:

Camisas de manga larga
Trajes protectores para aislamiento

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas:

Experiencia con herramientas manuales y eléctricas
Experiencia con pistola de grapas (staple gun)
Experiencia instalando aislamiento
Conocimientos básicos de construcción
Capacidad para utilizar herramientas comunes de construcción
