Adecco is seeking reliable and hardworking Packaging Associates to join a busy production facility in Oceanside. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term placement. Team members will support daily operations including picking, packaging, staging, and truck loading in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Schedule:

2nd shifts available - 7pm-3:30am, 8pm-4:30am, 9pm-5:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Move dough from conveyor belts onto racks
• Transport racks to various production lines
• Package and bag finished products
• Assist with picking, staging, and preparing orders for shipment
• Support truck loading operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, and reaching for 100% of the shift
• Frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $16.90 per hour
