Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior sales leadership and distribution teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on driving fundraising, increasing AUM, expanding market share, and improving overall sales effectiveness.
• Analyze sales performance, fundraising trends, client activity, pipeline conversion, and asset flows to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasts, and management presentations to track business performance across products, distribution channels, and client segments.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, territory planning, and distribution initiatives across institutional and wealth management channels.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client segmentation to evaluate industry trends, identify untapped opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the firm's investment platform.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, preferably focused on Financial Services or Wealth & Asset Management, or in a strategic business management, sales analytics, or sales strategy role within a financial institution. xhyhwjd
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills with an emphasis on strategy over process improvement; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required, with Salesforce CRM and large dataset experience preferred.
