Manufacturing Quality EngineerThe RoleUST is searching for an experienced professional with strong Manufacturing Quality domain expertise and hands-on experience in Power BI, Automation, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Management processes within regulated manufacturing environments, along with the ability to leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.What You’ll Do· Support manufacturing quality processes and compliance activities. · Create data-driven insights using Power BI. · Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency. · Work with business and technical teams to implement AI-enabled solutions.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What You Need· 8-11 Years of experience· Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree· Manufacturing Quality Hands-on experience in: CAPA Deviations Change Controls Investigations PPQ (Process Performance Qualification) Power BI & Automation Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. · Automate business and quality processes using Power Platform or similar tools. · AI (Preferred) Experience with AI/Generative AI solutions. · Ability to apply AI for reporting, process improvement, and analytics.Location & CompensationCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
