It all began with a single family-owned restaurant and the vision to give people something special: a connection to seafood and the coast. Over fifty years later, every seat in our over 500 restaurant family is an extension of that founding passion. Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
