Global FMLA & Disability Operations Manager (Remote)

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Operations to ensure timely, professional execution of global processes and partner engagement. You’ll work with leaders to implement scalable procedures that deliver exemplary member experience and improve operating performance.
You will oversee global account support, process improvements, and training across regions, driving productivity and quality while maintaining strong client partnerships and adherence to company values.
