Overview Full‑Time Retail Sales - Immediate Hire - Paid Training. 2020 Companies seeks enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join the Walmart Wireless Sales Program. Responsibilities Work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart. Engage with customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues. Welcome customers and offer solutions politely. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and celebrate success. Document and report sales accurately. Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Respect customer confidentiality. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas. Maintain high customer satisfaction (low rejection and complaint rates). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
