Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for medical-surgical patients.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.RequirementsActive RN license in Arkansas or a compact state.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.No previous employment as a staff member within the past 5 years.No hits or violations on driving license accepted.Schedule & Shift DetailsShift: Night Shift (3x12 hours, 19:00 - 07:00)Weekends are required.No on-call requirements.Additional InformationScrub color: any color except pink.Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.8 or 13-week contract options are available.If you are a qualified Registered Nurse seeking to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.Client Details State AR
