Senior Director, Subcontractor Network & Compliance

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Vendor Management to own the subcontractor network strategy end to end. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a compliant bench that supports field operations nationwide, partnering with Safety, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure growth targets are met while maintaining audit readiness.
