Requirements
Active Property & Casualty P&C Insurance License required
Life & Health Insurance License preferred, but not required
Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
Self-motivated with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to develop new business while maintaining exceptional client relationships
Insurance sales experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with proven sales success and a desire to grow in the insurance industry
Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community relationships
Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
Manage and grow a profitable book of business
Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining accurate client records
Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
