Metis/Risk Management Programs is looking for a Complex Claims Analyst to join our Legal team !

Full-Time | Roanoke, VA

In this role, you will perform tasks such as:

• Review, analyze, and distill information from notices of claims and supporting documentation for entry into internal systems.
• Review all first report documentation for initial determination of claim handling.
• Collect all information from insureds, TPAs, brokers, and public sources.
• Prepare reports as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree required.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Experience in insurance claims, legal administration, or a related support role preferred.
• Experience in and/or exposure to large casualty claims preferred.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Roanoke, Virginia, location. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
