Product Quality Engineering Technician

We are looking for a Complaint Technician to join our Quality Engineering department. The role is 100% on-site in Cypress, CA and focuses on supporting returned product complaint investigations. Location Full-time, on-site in Cypress, CA. Responsibilities Receive and triage returned material into the complaints lab. Perform inspections and testing to support complaint investigations. Document findings in complaint investigations. Disposition material. Maintain the Quality Assurance Lab in accordance with documented procedures. Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment (e.g., multimeters) and quality inspection testing. Ability to read and understand information about device complaints and follow written instructions. Work independently. Communicate clearly. Familiarity with working in controlled environments is an asset. Education and Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field (preferred). Minimum four years of experience in the medical device industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in electronics, software engineering, and/or product development engineering is preferred. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $29.71 - $37.14. Competitive compensation package.
