Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support community events and promotional activities. This role includes assisting with event logistics, customer interaction, and maintaining a professional company presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown
* Distribute informational materials during community events
* Support event logistics and organization
* Maintain event supplies and inventory
* Represent the company professionally at outreach events
Minimum requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends
* Previous event or customer service experience is helpful but not required
