The Opportunity
The Senior Accountant will play a critical, hands-on role in day-to-day financial operations while serving as a trusted financial partner to leadership. You'll help ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial decision-making while also contributing to process improvements and future-state accounting initiatives.
This role is ideal for a sharp accounting professional who enjoys owning the details and seeing the bigger picture - with the long-term opportunity to grow into a leadership position overseeing the accounting function.

What You'll Do
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements
• Own general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed assets
• Oversee and support AP/AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory/tax-related reporting
• Lead or support accounting projects and process improvements
• Serve as a reliable financial partner to leadership, providing insight and execution
• Provide structure and guidance with the long-term expectation of leading the accounts team
• Act as backup payroll processor as needed

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong GAAP knowledge with hands-on accounting experience
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, 3PL, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred
• Experience with AP/AR, GL management, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confident communicator who can partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred (not required)
