Requirements YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Providing overall project management and project team coordination. Developing business and networking. Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control. Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules. Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction. Preparing and completing thorough proposals. Mentoring and directing project team members. Enjoy working on a variety of project types. Being an ambassador of RRM. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Seven (7) years of practical experience in the management and design of projects. Experience in REVIT. Active California Architectural licensure. Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration. Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
