Information Technology Administrator

Overview We are looking for a motivated IT Administrator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will provide day-to-day IT support for end-users while assisting with the administration and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. You’ll ensure employees have reliable access to the technology and applications they need, while helping maintain and improve our business systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to gain hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, end-user support, and ERP administration. Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Essential Functions IT Support & Systems Administration Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware. Administer and support Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other core applications. Troubleshoot issues related to networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), security, and connectivity. Ensure system security through antivirus, patches, backups, and compliance best practices. Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Maintain IT documentation including procedures, configurations, and asset inventory. NetSuite Support Assist with user account setup, role configuration, and permissions in NetSuite. Provide basic troubleshooting support for NetSuite end-users. Help create and maintain saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards. Support the ERP team with testing during system updates and new feature rollouts. Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and automation. Partner with business users to understand IT and system needs, delivering timely support. Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve escalated issues. Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Required Experience & Skills 1+ years of IT support or IT administrator experience. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). Familiarity with ticketing/help desk systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills; able to support technical and non-technical users. Exposure to NetSuite ERP (Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management) is a plus. Familiarity with NetSuite custom reports and saved searches preferred. NetSuite Administrator Certification (or interest in pursuing) preferred.
