We arelooking for: EmergencyVeterinaryClinical Supervisor Schedule: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Week A: Wed-Sat; Week B: Thu-Sat (2nd and 3rd shift as needed) Never a dull moment in the ER! What you'll do: Escalates issues to Clinical Manager Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s) Collaborates with other departmentsregardingpatient and client needs Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to: Manages early call-ins, early departures, call-offs, sharing of resources,breaksand lunches for team members Assigns team member responsibilities per shift Addresses process or employee issues during their shift Communicates schedule changes, performanceconcernsand shiftissues tothe Clinical Manager routinely Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalations Trains and mentors new team members Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations Participates in on-call responsibilities Participates in management or administrative meeting(s) routinely Who you are: Strongcommunicationskills Prior veterinary experiencerequired,previousemergencyexperience desired Proficientincalculations(drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.) Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written Perks andBenefits include: Comprehensive Health Benefits Vision and Dental HSA,FSAand Independent Care Spending 401k withEmployerMatch Paid Time Off (PTO) Shift DifferentialsandOn-callPay UniformAllowance Employee Pet Discounts Elective Short-Term Disability, Life and Accident Insurance and company paid Long Term Disability Compensation: Staring salary for this position has a hiring range of $33 to $44.50/hour based on skills and experience. We support our caregivers with lucrative shift differentials:

• Hours worked between 8pm and 11:59pm = base pay + $2/hour
• Hours worked between 12am to 7:59am = base pay + $3/hour
• Hours worked on Weekends (day or night) = base pay +$1/hour + any applicable differential
