Senior Title Processor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced senior-level Title Processor to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent title and settlement experience and be fully capable of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening through settlement, recording, and disbursement. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers.
