Compensation

$60,000 – $80,000 per year , depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor , you’ll be the face of the shop—connecting customers with solutions and ensuring their vehicles stay safe and reliable.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Warmly greeting customers in person and by phone using our professional standards

• Listening carefully to customer concerns and thoroughly documenting their needs

• Reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, and verifying repair requirements

• Recommending products and services confidently and clearly

• Accurately preparing quotes, timelines, and repair orders

• Communicating status updates throughout the day

• Reviewing completed work, explaining warranties, and handling checkout

• Following up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfaction

• Tracking all returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customer

• Supporting the team with other duties as needed

What You Bring to the Team

✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Prior experience as a Service Advisor highly preferred but not required
✔ Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a process-driven environment
✔ Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
✔ Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays ( but never Sundays! )
