We're looking for a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential communication support in a school-based environment. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required for SLPs) or eligibility for licensure
• Recent experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Comfortable collaborating with educational teams, families, and students
• SLPAs will be considered; must have appropriate credentials and experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech/language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services according to IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, progress reports, and IEP paperwork
• Work flexibly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers students in their communication skills
