Our Bartenders play a key role in delivering the Spinato’s Experience by creating a welcoming, guest-first environment while serving high-quality beverages and supporting the team during every shift.Bartenders are responsible for preparing drinks to Spinato’s standards, maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional serviceAccurately and efficiently ring in guest ordersPrepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato’s recipes and specificationsStock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and suppliesMonitor and control bar inventorySlice and juice fruit as needed for serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar areaCommunicate effectively with team members across all departmentsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelinesComply with all local and state alcohol lawsAdhere to all Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol serviceQualifications & Requirements:Current Food Handler Certification (required)AZ Alcohol Certification (required)Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team membersAbility to lift up to/over 50 lbsComfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and water exposureAbility to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hoursWillingness to perform cleaning and organizational dutiesEmployment Details:Store Managers will contact applicants who meet position requirements to schedule interviews.Please do not call the store to set up an interview.Spinato’s Pizzeria is an Equal Opportunity Employer and uses E-Verify. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spinatos Pizza International Inc
