$20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Strong Benefits No HVAC Experience Necessary - We Provide Full Training

AccuAir Heating & Cooling, a locally owned company serving Central Oregon, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Install Apprentices in HVAC.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly wage of $20.00 - $25.00, based on ability and attitude

Schedule : Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), with occasional overtime
What the Role Involves
- Work alongside experienced installers on residential and light commercial projects
- Help install complete heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and equipment
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe
- Learn the trade through daily hands-on guidance and structured training
- Build real skills and take on more responsibility as you progress
What We're Looking For
- Natural mechanical inclination and a strong desire to learn
- Positive attitude, reliability, and solid work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a variety of conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong teamwork skills and clear communication
