Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily ready mix dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time product deliveries.* Optimize fleet and driver scheduling to maximize service levels and operational performance.* Monitor transportation and dispatch metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Partner with operations, sales, and customer service teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.* Coach, develop, and support dispatch team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a dynamic transportation, logistics, or operations environment.* Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, and customer service practices.* Proven capability to analyze operational data, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.* Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.* Strong organizational skills and proficiency with transportation, dispatch, and business management systems.**Work Environment*** Primarily office-based with regular interaction with drivers, operations personnel, and customers.* Fast-paced environment requiring effective prioritization and responsiveness to changing business needs.* Frequent use of computers, dispatch software, and communication systems.* May require occasional travel and flexibility in work schedules to support State of Georgia operational requirements.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
