While the majority of work will be centered around the Fairburn area, this position will also require travel to active projects in the Macon market as business needs dictate. A company truck is provided, and candidates should be comfortable with regular windshield time.This individual will manage field crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule across multiple active subdivisions.The ideal candidate has experience managing production-style residential landscape installations and understands how to operate efficiently in fast-moving builder environments with tight deadlines and multiple active communities.Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are a major plus for this role.Responsibilities:Oversee daily landscape installation operations across multiple residential communitiesManage field crews performing sod, irrigation, tree, shrub, mulch, and landscape installationsCoordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and deliveriesTravel between active job sites throughout the Fairburn and Macon markets to oversee operations and support field teamsEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to builder specificationsConduct quality-control walks and resolve punch list itemsCommunicate with project managers, builders, vendors, and internal leadership teamsMonitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently metTroubleshoot field issues and help crews maintain productivityTrain and mentor crew leaders and field personnelHelp maintain a strong culture of accountability, urgency, and teamworkQualifications:3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experienceExperience overseeing residential new construction or subdivision landscape projects strongly preferredStrong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation systems, sod installation, and plant materialsAbility to read site plans and landscape plans preferredStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsComfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneouslyComfortable with regular regional travel and windshield timeBilingual Spanish/English skills are a major plusValid driver's license requiredMajor Plus:Experience working with production homebuildersBackground managing high-volume residential installation crewsExperience in fast-paced production environments with aggressive timelinesReady to Lead High-Impact Landscape Projects?If you're a hands-on field leader who takes pride in delivering quality work while keeping crews productive and projects moving, we'd love to connect.
