Locum Physician Assistant Urgent Care (10 Openings) in VA

Protean Med

Winchester, VA

Job Details

Dates of Coverage: Ongoing as needed

Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health

Documentation System/EMR: Anthem

Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes

Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone

Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment

Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric

Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified (NCCPA) - REQUIRED

  • Active VA license - REQUIRED

  • BLS - REQUIRED

  • Provider Must be Local - REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 36 hours (3x12s) per week, every week with rotating weekends - REQUIRED

Certification Requirements

  • BLS

  • Board Certified

  • DEA

State License Requirements

  • Virginia
