We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused DENTAL FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST to become an integral part of our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, excels in customer service, and possesses strong dental insurance and scheduling knowledge.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Welcome every patient with professionalism and enthusiasm!!
Collect co-pays, deductibles, balances, and process financial transactions accurately
Understand and utilize CDT dental procedure codes
Prepare new patient paperwork and verify all insurance information before patient arrival
Coordinate treatment schedules with clinical staff
Assist with recall scheduling and patient reactivation
Patient financing
Outstand customer service ratings

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing and co-payments
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate wait times to ensure a smooth office experience
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and appointment reminders

Requirements:

• Prior dental or medical front office experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Compensation $23-26 per hour, based on experience.
