Behavioral Health Program Manager / Facility Based Crisis

Position : Behavioral Health Program Manager – Facility based crisis Employment Type : Regular. Salary : $64,000 – $72,000 annually. Schedule : Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00, on‑call coverage. Responsibilities Lead and supervise clinical staff and licensed professionals providing behavioral health services regionally. Provide on‑call and first responder consultation during consumer crises. Evaluate high‑risk behaviors on an emergent and routine basis. Supervise the clinical operations of a unit or region, utilizing extensive expertise, knowledge, and judgment. Coordinate and monitor services identified in each person’s Person‑Centered Plan. Collaborate with paraprofessional and clinical staff to maintain communication, give feedback, and standardize procedures. Provide clinical or administrative supervision to all employees. Assist the Regional Director in ensuring appropriate transitions to higher or different levels of care, as needed. Promote harmony among co‑workers and reinforce organizational objectives and strategies. Monitor and ensure face‑to‑face interventions are performed outside the facility and that each person receives the required contacts per service definition. Participate actively in financial monitoring, budgeting, and corrective actions to improve unit performance and meet targets. Resolve complaints and act as a role model for employees, visitors, the general public, and individuals served. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (non‑Human Services) + 4+ years full‑time experience with the target population, OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Services + 2+ years full‑time experience with the target population, OR Master’s degree or higher + 1+ year full‑time experience with the target population. License, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating the human services profession. Pre‑employment screening: criminal background check (OIG exclusions, Child Abuse Registry, Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities), drug testing, and verification of education and credentials.
