Project Manager - Engineering Services

We’re a national, growing engineering consultancy that delivers full-service EPC solutions to industrial process manufacturers across industries. It’s an exciting time to join our team as we continue to expand nationwide! We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex engineering projects from planning and scope development through execution and delivery. This is a great team for someone who is organized, relationship-driven and ready to take on meaningful, visible projects. Position is on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah. Limited travel. Seeking local candidates only. In this role, you’ll: Lead multidisciplinary teams across process, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met (and exceeded) Communicate project goals clearly and keep everyone aligned Identify opportunities for additional work and support ongoing growth We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience leading EPC consulting projects from planning through delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and client interaction Strong understanding of both front-end (conceptual) and detailed engineering processes Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted client relationships Background in EPC consulting is essential, ideally within consumer products or manufacturing environments Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on detail, quality, and client success PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
