Senior Business AnalystLocation: Mechanicsburg, PAPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technical staff in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and system requirements. This role supports large-scale development projects and enhancements for critical public safety and legal applications.The ideal candidate is a Waterfall methodology expert who excels at creating deep-dive documentation and translating complex legislation and business rules into technical specifications.Required Skills & Experience:7+ Years: Full SDLC experience with a heavy emphasis on Waterfall methodology (Agile experience is a plus).7+ Years: Writing formal Use Cases and comprehensive Requirement Documents.7+ Years: Developing complex Business and Functional requirements.7+ Years: Business Process Re-engineering and workflow mapping.3+ Years (Highly Desired): Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.3+ Years (Highly Desired): Experience in Business Change Management.
