About the Role

Precision Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Life Sciences Sales Executive to drive new business development across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics and healthcare organizations. This is a revenue-generating, new-logo sales role focused on developing strategic relationships and selling contract staffing, direct/permanent placement, project-based staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify, prospect and develop new life-science accounts and build a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Executive-Level Selling: Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, business leaders and C-suite executives.
• Staffing & Direct Hire: Sell contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placement solutions across clinical, regulatory, quality, R, engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, commercial and corporate functions.
• RPO & Strategic Talent Solutions: Identify organizations with significant or recurring hiring needs and develop opportunities for project-based and ongoing RPO, embedded recruiting and talent acquisition programs.
• Consultative Sales: Conduct discovery, diagnose workforce challenges and develop customized talent solutions rather than simply responding to requisitions.
• Account Expansion: Grow successful relationships across departments, functions, locations and service lines.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Lead presentations, solution design, commercial discussions and negotiations for complex staffing and RPO opportunities.
• Market Development: Stay current on life-science hiring trends, workforce challenges and industry activity to identify opportunities before they become formal requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, RPO, professional services or talent solutions.
• Demonstrated experience selling into Life Sciences, including biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, CRO/CDMO or healthcare organizations.
• Proven success generating new business and acquiring new logos.
• Experience selling staffing solutions, direct hire and/or RPO is strongly preferred.
• Ability to sell at multiple levels, from hiring managers through VP, CHRO, Procurement and C-suite.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed and highly motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate understands how to uncover the larger opportunity behind a hiring need. For example, a client hiring 40 people may need more than individual recruiters filling requisitions; they may need a dedicated recruiting infrastructure or an RPO program. The successful salesperson knows when to sell a single placement, when to build a strategic staffing relationship, and when to develop a significant RPO engagement.
