Job Description As a Mobile Patrol Driver - Banking Facility , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control requirements. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to appropriate site personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
