THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required. At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
