Service Technician - Commercial HVAC

Location: Newport News, VA

Pay Range: $35-$42/HR DOE
Kodiak is looking for motivated and experienced Service Technicians with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems to join our Building Services team in Chesapeake and Newport News. If you're eager to grow your career and be part of an evolving team, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex heating and cooling systems for medium to large commercial properties
Diagnosing equipment failures and using the appropriate tools to test parts and components
Disassembling and reassembling parts as needed, making repairs to restore systems to full function

What We're Looking For:

Motivated individuals with experience as a Service Technician specializing in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and associated controls
EPA Universal certification (required)
Journeyman's license (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
