What You’ll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial systems to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently

• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in HVAC service and maintenance or equivalent vocational training preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:

• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions

• Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting

• Occasional driving between job sites

• Exposure to typical construction materials and equipment
