Responsibilities include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options Service a variety of residential HVAC equipment and systems Assist with equipment replacements and installations as needed Work with ductwork, ventilation, indoor air quality equipment, and energy-efficient HVAC systems Accurately document service calls, findings, repairs, and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and work area Follow applicable local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety requirements Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Provide the level of workmanship and customer service our customers expect from Mann Mechanical Qualifications We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is dependable, motivated, and takes ownership of their work.
