If you're a multidimensional welder/fitter looking to put down roots, grow your career beyond the torch, and join a company that actively develops its people into QC, estimating, project management, and beyond — this is the move.$30.00–$34.00/hr, depending on experienceNight shift differential: +10% (day and night shifts available)Full benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation/PTO (details provided upon inquiry)Relocation assistance available for the right candidateOverviewFabricate, fit, and weld large industrial process equipment to print — working from blueprints, AWS weld symbols, and process sheets with minimal supervisionSet up and operate welding machines for FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes in multiple positionsOperate plasma cutters, grinders, overhead cranes, and forklifts as part of daily workflowCreate fixtures, maintain tight tolerances, and straighten assemblies as requiredRead and execute weld procedures, QC plans, and work instruction documents — then verify your own work against those standardsPerform basic NDE procedures (LPT and VT) and support x-ray quality welds when requiredHold dimensional tolerances to 1/64" and recognize when they're at riskPreferred Skills/Experiences2- or 4-year technical degree in welding technology or related field preferred5+ years of welding/fitting experience — specifically on ASME Code pressure vessels or equivalent engineered-to-order fabricationProficiency in FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW — multi-process capability in multiple positionsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and AWS weld symbolsExperience working from weld procedure specifications (WPS) and understanding the "why" behind heat input, wire speed, and process selectionFamiliarity with NDE methods: LPT and VTSafety-conscious work habits in a manufacturing/fabrication environmentCareer-oriented — interested in growing into QC, estimating, project management, or other technical roles over time
