Influence senior-level decisions around capital investment, technology, equipment reliability, and operational improvements across a state-of-the-art facility. The Candidate: Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to read blueprints, electrical prints, and schematics. Proven experience developing PM strategies and planned maintenance/downtime schedules, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, reliability, and continuous improvement.
